Task Description: we had to highlight the independent clause red and the dependent clause yellow and then there were two sentences and say what the subject was and what the verb was and i did the extras then we had to read the text and answer the questions.

Can you tell me in the comments how many clauses this sentence is made up of. Which is dependent and which is independent?
I'm glad you noticed that the text was made up of a range of sentences with different lengths - some had one clause and some had more. We will talk more about this later!
